The fifth event of the Launch Series of the Routledge Handbook of EU-Middle East Relations, chaired by Daniela Huber, will focus on trade, military and humanitarian relations between the EU and the MENA region.

Emile Badarin & Jeremy Wildeman will kick off by analyzing EU development aid in the Middle East.

Beste İşleyen will then move on to the politics of borders and migration.

Emma Murphy will examine the relationship between the EU and MENA youth.

Finally, Nora Aboushady and Chahir Zaki will assess trade relations, patterns, policies and imbalances.
