Special Series of Commentaries on The Impact of Covid-19 on Conflicts in the Middle East organised by The Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).

Under the series, a special Webinar was organised, entitled “The Impact of Covid-19 on Conflicts in the Middle East: a Comparative Perspective” on November 12, co-organised with  the University of Turin:

On November 12, IAI’s Middle East and Mediterranean Programme, together with the Department of Historical Studies and the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society of the University of Turin, co-organized an international webinar that explored the historical, economic and political dimensions of the impact of COVID-19 in the Middle East and North Africa. Six authors, from the Middle East and Europe, presented six research studies covering Yemen, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine and the Persian Gulf.
